You will get modifications for each trimester of your pregnancy. It will help you feel restored and recalibrated and it’s beautiful to explore how your body feels each time you practice it.

Ella’s interest in Yoga sparked at the age of 16, and from there she went deeper into the realm of women’s health and wellness and managed to combine all her passions together: she is a Yoga Teacher, Plant-Based Chef, and owner of a Rasa Teas. She completed numerous advanced teacher training with many renowned teachers in the fields of women’s health and feminine force in yoga. She teaches weekly classes and works privately with pregnant and post-natal clients & their babies.
