Honouring Your Cycle Through Movement

Free Workshop with Martina Figoli

A cyclical approach to exercise, energy, and performance

Have you ever felt strong and energised one week… and completely flat the next?

Do you struggled to stay consistent with exercise, even when you’re doing “everything right”?

You’re not broken.

You’re not inconsistent.

Your body is cyclical.

Most training advice is based on male physiology and doesn’t account for the natural hormonal fluctuations women experience each month. While research on women’s training is growing, there are still gaps, leaving many women unsure of what actually works for them.

This workshop is here to deconstruct that ideology and give you full ownership of your body and how to utilise your energy and vitality at best throughout the month.

This session is grounded in current research from sports science, physiology, and nutrition, while recognising existing gaps. It’s not about rigid protocols, but giving you the tools to understand your body, build trust, and make informed choices that support your wellbeing.
